About Brite Beginnings

Brite Beginnings is under new management. Kimberly Wright has over 20 years in the child care business, ranging from a Head Toddler teacher to setting up a brand new center in East Greenbush to successfully directing established child care centers for the past fifteen years. Kim has a Master of Arts degree in Community Psychology majoring in Child Care and Children’s Services. She lives in Halfmoon with her husband Michael and her two children Mitchell and Ava.

Our philosophy at Brite Beginnings Early Learning & Development Center is based on a structured, safe, and nurturing environment. Our values are family, safety, discovery, and play. Every day is planned to encourage each child to experience success, to develop a positive self-image and to help them develop the social, emotional, physical, creative and intellectual aspects of their personality.

Mission Statement

Brite Beginnings Early Learning & Development Center strives to provide the highest quality childcare that promotes and enhances each child’s development; while assuring our parent’s peace of mind in the care and service we render.

Brite Beginnings Early Learning & Development Center provides a safe, nurturing and developmentally appropriate program which fosters active learning, support for the whole child, and a child friendly environment.

To enter our building you must enter the main secure door. Families are given a pass code to come in. All new faces are asked for identification and no child is allowed to leave with someone who is not on their pick-up permission slip.

Hours of operation: MondayFriday 7a.m. to 6p.m.
